Horrible experience at this centre today - 22nd April 2023. Very slow, people are busy talking among themselves, look at the gift packing and carry bag - Fruits vendor know to package and brand better. Avoid this center. Girls took 20+ minutes to wrap the gift cover. We shopped Rs7000/- due to constraints else would have explored better options
Got our things done quickly barely within 30 minutes and got the right price of jewelry and they have very good staff.

I had very pleasant experience with RR gold palace at this location. The staff are very patient and , pvitr and Nandini were very patient and showed lot of designs. Price is very reasonable. Overall good experience buying gold.
The worst kind of behaviour by the security outside the showroom i went to buy something and i was standing outside the showroom he forcely asked me to step out of the show room shadow where i was standing and when i didn't understood that he was talking in kannada i asked him any other language he told me you better know kannada to live Bangalore otherwise you are welcomed in Karnataka may be he was been told to do all those things this should not be done to someone else and please look into this matter
