Nice experience. Had to deliver flowers to my partner and I live outside of Chennai. Called the florist and I think Mr Rajesh was the person incharge. He understood what I needed and made a very pretty bouquet of flowers and sent it via Dunzo while I just had to make the payment to his upi id. The delivery and packaging was well done. Thank you sir for the timely delivery and being communicative and responsive. Will always call you for flower orders.

I have been a regular customer at RR Florist, located near our office, where I often purchase bouquets of flowers. One of the notable aspects of this florist is that they consistently offer fresh flowers at reasonable prices. However, I do have one concern that I would like to highlight. The florist, unfortunately, does not provide carry bags, which can be inconvenient for customers arriving on two-wheelers. I understand that they mention the government ban on using plastic bags as the reason behind this. While I appreciate their commitment to environmental sustainability, it would be beneficial if they could offer an alternative solution to accommodate customers' needs. Finding an alternative material for carry bags or suggesting other ways to transport the flowers would greatly ease the situation for customers, rather than simply declining to provide any bags. Despite this minor inconvenience, I am satisfied with the quality of the flowers and the affordability of RR Florist. I would recommend this florist to others who are looking for fresh flowers at reasonable prices, keeping in mind the carry bag issue and making arrangements accordingly.

I ordered and they send it really with in two hours. Flowers are fresh and nice . I requested to give this with chocolate. They purchased outside and delivered along this bouquet . They talk with me politely and accepted my order and delivered it on same day. Thanks to RR FLORIST
