RRcabs is a dependable out station cab provider. They provided promised new car, driver and car info a day before travel date. The driver Ravichandran is experienced driver, who drove smoothly so that we elderly passengers were comfortable. He knows the places , hotels and important sites to visit , making our trip enjoyable.

Prompt and reliable service, even at short notice. It would be great if the packages are more flexible, even if it is at a premium in comparison to Uber/Ola. The reason we hire from RR Cabs is because of the reliability and security of leaving personal things in the car, while we attended a meeting. The packages RR Cabs offers is a little unfriendly for such requirements. If I need a car for 4 to 5 hours, because I have 2 stops enroute to the airport, I still have to use the 10 hour package! That's rather unfriendly. But we truly appreciate the quality of cars and drivers you provide

Excellent service by RR cabs. Driver reached the location on time and throughout the day the journey was smooth and awesome. But at one point we noticed that the driver was little rude to us. However we would disregard this since it's about an individual and I would not blame RR cabs for their excellent service. Overall great experience and I would recommend RR cabs for everyone.
