The whole property is nice and spacious. Great for solo travelers. The hosts were nice and took care of everything. I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful setting just 2 minutes away from the main market street. Its conveniently situated close enough to the shops and cafes but equally hidden from all the chaos. Dorm and bathroom is also clean. Loved the vibe and the game room. overall it's a cool place for solo travellers and a grp of friends.
Hotel was good. Room was neat and clean. We were allowed for early checkin. All the staff were nice and well behaved. But the manager was illiterate and didn't know how to behave. He misbehaved with a senior citizen and a doctor for making coffee in the room kettle which got spilled over the table and he charged for it which I had to pay.This was my 3rd stay in this hotel and the manager said me not to visit this hotel again. Only because of this hotel manager the review of the hotel is poor. Rest the stay and the ambience was great.Being a 4 hotel they should hire a responsible manager not a cheap one. I would like to request the Owner to take immediate action on him. Thank You

Worst hotel I ever seen, it's not a 4 star hotel it's a 0 stars hotel . Worst service . There managers are have lot of attitude. No one is responding properly. Food also not good . I get insects in food . I tell the manager but he not responding, but the service, food , management, and managers are worst . If still won't come this hotel ? After you have hospital. I'm first time seeing this kind of service and management of hotel. They manager are have very attitude. and toilets also not hygienic. Very smelly toilets.
This evening I had the opportunity to once again stay at this establishment. I was greeted kindly by Amrish Ji who had remembered me from my previous visit. It was wonderful to see his warm and welcoming smile. In addition, I had the chance to meet Abdul Ji who kindly showed me to my room and provided me with additional offers within the hotel. We stayed at Royalton Hyderabad over the weekend. Not really a very good experience. They need to upgrade maintenance for rooms. Bathrooms need to be maintained well, shower area was rusting.... Room quality was very bad. They need to upgrade/ improve their upholstery... and improve hygiene and cleanliness... Wi-fi was also very poor... There were cockroaches and bed bugs roaming freely in the room!! It really stressed me out to see these insects in my room!! Room quality is not worth the price! Breakfast was good though...
I was pleasantly to see such a nice hotel in the heart of the city. The staffs were welcoming and helpful. I would rate the food served here as really good and tasty. It is located in a street which does not have heavy traffic which is a plus as it is in the centre of the city and close the old city.
