We bought a dining table in royal oak the experience was great and team who came for fitting by Madhu did a great job.
Technician Gopal and Venu Gopal Chary. Installation process has been done smoothly and with care. Overall it is good. I was really pissed of with the delivery and time they have taken for installation. The Customer care of Royal Oak is worst of worst, they totally ignore customers and cut the call without attending the calls. They have taken 10 days of delayed delivery and 12 days fro installation from the tome of delivery. So overall I got to wait 22 days . Worst service attendance. I had to give 0 rating. But technicians have done the great job hence 3 is more than enough
Interms of delivery and communication Royaloak is very poor. No tracking facility!! Poor coordination between them. Communication with customer is not good. Worst experience at store and online customer support. Need to check with quality of Product once they delivered it may take upto 1month to deliver and installations will take 1week as per communication. =================== After 1 week of my review we have received damaged dining table we returned back the table which cost me 70k rupees but no one from store and online is supporting me to get it replaced With new piece. Chairs and table became old and unused. Thanks team!! Its been 1week no one is responding. Wasted my money and time on Royaloak furniture. Please don't waste your money and time. #not recommended #not acceptable =================== Vanasthalipuram Relationship manager is very panctual in login logout scenarios but not interms of customer satisfaction. I have ordered furniture at this store and I haven't received order at said time commitment. So, I replaced order with another similar product but even my second selected product delivered late as per Mr. Dattu's committed date! After all wait time I got damaged chair and the technician installed and finished his work blindly and skipped screws while installation as holes are improper. Hence, I dont recommend this store again!.
Recently I bought beds and mattresses from this store and I had a great experience. They had a lot of great options, and Sales Representative Sravanthi was incredibly helpful. I want to give a big thanks to Sravanthi for making my shopping experience so smooth. I highly recommend this store.
