Terrible experience! I had purchased sofa set from Royaloak Indiranagar branch, bangalore. They have sent me the display product instead. All 5 set silver cushions were turned to brown due to dirt and is not at all in a good shape to use it in the living room. The branch manager is insisting that the cushions would come in the same fashion and is not ready to replace them. Neither the Royaloak Customer care is responding nor the store members. It's already been a month now without any resolution. Please don't fall to the brand blindly when they are greeting the customers with old and filthy product. Why would I choose silver cushions at the first place when the end result is gonna be brown covered with dirt? Why should i choose Royaloak when they are serving with old and outdated stocks?

They have a wide variety of chairs, the home decor is beautiful as well! They got good work/gaming chairs. Good service. Delivered chair in 2 days and Shiva fixed the chair in the same day.

Delivery & Installation done on time. Installation done by Ramana & Shiva. They have good job.

Delivery and Unloading experience was quite bad! Sales team did good job and sold the product! wherein the delivery and installation was not great like as brand. I am living in 2nd floor individual house, the delivery delayed by 2 days, they have no plan on the delivery schedule, just 2 ppl came with vehicle to delivery, absolutely they didn't have any plan of unloading of the sofa, and no question have been asked to be while booking or before scheduling for the delivery. Finally, i have spent Rs 1000 more and arranged the rope to unload it, Royaloak team didn't taken any responsibility. They were very clear on the cost and profit.. I couldn't seen any customer focus! I was quite unhappy way they handled the customer, haven't expected this experience while buying the premium product.

very good experience, I purchased some furniture for my 2BHK flat from Royaloak Furniture Indiranagar on Last saturday, nice offer was going on so I got all on economical price, the delivery and assembling all in 1 day time that was so much perfect for me. moreover after sales service is nice, in 3 hours time carpenter fixed one of my issue after I report. i got a Sofa cum bed as free under the Royaloak offer depends on my total bill amount.

Dear RoyalOak, I recently purchased a AUDI WOODEN KING BED - V2 from your Kumananchavdi, Chennai on 12/6/2023. Upon delivery, I was dismayed to find that the cot was broken. I expected a high-quality product based on your company's reputation and I must say, I'm deeply disappointed with this experience.
