Royalmart Supermarket T Dasarahalli - Supermarket in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I am writing this review considering how customer are facing issues and are very uncomfortable with workers/managers . @royalmart Management kindly look into this to know where u are loosing out on customers & how. My family are regular customers of Royalmart since this branch was started, we do buy groceries and especial Bisleri Mineral water 30lts once in every 3 days from the same branch. Recently from past 5-6 months the bottles delivered are unwashed / uncleaned or seal would be broken. When we insist clearly on the call to send blue color bottle orelse send it when its available, the cashier sends old bottles and forget half of the orders even after billing it. Last month when this kept on repeating i called the cashier / employee who is incharged and informed him abt this, he arrogantly told to send everything back and wasn't even ready acknowledge the mistake. Post that to till now , whenever we ordered for water or groceries, it is getting cancel stating the items are not available. so this is the way the customer centric grocery shop operates? Isn't there any check on cashier or employee on how to deal with customers?

This is to bring to your notice @royalmart manager, My family are regular customers of Royalmart since this branch was started, we do buy groceries and essentials every month from the same branch. However we observed discomfort in our shopping experience post Covid. Ground floor is atleast ventilated with a door, In the first floor it's too suffocating due to lack of ventilation, can't even stay there more than 5 minutes. Do you mind making a way for ventilation or turning on air conditioning in the branch? If you don't allow your customers to breath properly how would you expect us to take time and shop? And also have some more staffs at the kids section, no matter how much stocks you have if you can't display toys to the kids in a proper way.. it's a waste of time and space

Though the products are good, staff here should be trained well especially at the first floor kids section they never bother to respond.. please do train your staff as we have lot of options to shop..hope my feedback will be seriously considered

A new branch of Royal mart with all supermarket items available within a small and yet compact space. Have some good seasonal offers on many items.

Royalmart at 8th mile is a great supermart! They have a wide range of products at affordable prices. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend shopping here!
