This hotel is one of the best hotel in shimla. Room's are very good. Mainly it's servicing, cleaning and each and every employees behaviour is excellent. What to say about breakfast food items are very . If anyone is planning to visit shimla, I will suggest you to stay here. Thank you.
Rooms are comfortable. We got upgraded to a bigger room, so that was good. We did have a very genuine situation; our flight was cancelled so we decided to go the previous day. But they did not adjust the price, which was their hotel policy. Internet was not at par. We had to log in multiple times to get access. The staff and housekeeping were very kind and they helped us a lot. Overall it was a good stay at Royale Retreat.
Excellent room services, house keeping & other services was also prompt & excellent, brekfast, dinner, lunch was very tasty, healthy &digestive.Hotel staff was very polite & sincere.Before booking, I was talked with Mam Simran & Meemu, hotel services was excellent as listened from Simran &Meemu.My family is so impressed and we will stay in Hotel Retreat in future. Thanks to Hotel staff & Managers also.

The stay was cosy. My family felt very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can cover entire Mall Road on foot . They have hassle free parking as well. Food was just ok but was served hot .
