Location is ok but the road is very bad to reach hotel. There no management in the hotel, no reception person available for taking of any customer query. In room TV is not working I ask Mr. Alok to rectify he told I send person for verification but there is no person coming till next day I remind 5 time to reception. Mr. Alok commitment is totally fake regarding the hotel. There is no proper management are there. I told Alok tomorrow morning I hve to go he told no problem sir u get the breakfast before 7.30 AM. But there is no person avaliable in morning. And prize are too high as per services. So before booking kindly check more option to stay.

The hotel was good and clean. We were a group of 48-person mixes of family and friends. We easily accommodated ourselves in Hotel. Staff was good and cooperative, and they have provided good service. Overall Hotel is good for family and friends too.
Very bad experience in @Royal Resort khurja ...3rd class service Took a room with breakfast. In the morning I made up my mind that I would get only 1 Parata for breakfast.

The resort is close to highway and is having good space. Resort is having enormous space to conduct marriage and other functions. It is having good ambience and the place could be adored by kids too. Food and service is good. Had a delightful experience at the resort.
