Royale Inn - Hotel in Sambalpur - Sambalpur, India

The room's cleaning point is very important, but they don't know about cleaning....they are providing a dusty room every time with an uncleaned bathroom.

A very good stay is what you will expect from this hotel.

Basic place, with every basic amenities. Staff is very helpful. Rooms were clean. Location is great (amidst main market).

Very bad experience... breakfast isn't free... Staffs are very irresponsible. They didn't clean room and washroom in two days even after telling too many times..

Its a very well furnished hotel. but inefficient management and poor service. Completely unprofessional. Similar to a low grade lodge. You won't get even tea, coffee or colddrinks during the day time leave apart snacks or other food. No hot water in taps even after waiting for 2 hrs and calling up the reception twice. Staff is busy chatting on phone and least concerned about guests or their grievance. Rooms have been constructed even better than adjoining upscale hotels and this property can do better than them. But the owner of the hotel needs to assess the quality of services being provided.

Nice restaurant and the test of food is good not the best . BTW I tried first time Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice in Delhi Durbar 24 By Royale Inn. The food I got at reasonable price thats the good thing.

The room, the services and rest of the things were good. I got a breakfast from here which was good in taste and quality .The WI-FI which was complimentary worked in the lobby area only. The hotel is located on the main road so finding the hotel was not an issue at all. Plus I used my own personal Vehicle to reach the hotel.
