Visited for sorting some issues with my RayZR got full satisfactory service. Also parts were available and got my vehicle ready to go....

Such worst showroom they have waste there customer time for few problems workshop staff is very miss behaviour of there customer I request please can't visit this showroom and don't buy bike scooty from this showroom

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They also misbehave with customers. one should avoid buying from this dealership. Totally waste of there coustomer time

All they want is to extract money from your wallet The worst thing is they just make you to come daily for a single work and their documentation is worst they take alot of time and keep people waiting At the moment I am in waiting room and it smell like it's a bathroom it's very annoying smell

If you are having too much of free time in your life and want some problems to keep you busy then you should totally visit here. I can assure you that not only the problems in your bike will increase but also you will face such egoistic people here that it will be a headache for sure. And they also don't answer on the number that's given here and if they do pick up then you are treated as if you have taken money from them and are not willing to returning it. Shame on the staff and all the other personal responsible for the functioning of this service centre.

Little bit not good service

Staff at royal yamaha channi jammu service centre are very rude and irresponsive. I asked for insurance to be claimed for my fascino but they totally ignored my need and leave the counter all the time.

Their SERVER IS always DOWN. Either you want to check any service related issue in showroom or u have to Pay the Bill. They will make you to wait a lot. Thus wasting Ample Value able time. I would say it is Totally an unorganized place. Staff members are arrogant and ignorant type. They don't bother to attend a person and most important of all They don't explain the things clearly which should not be the case as the Showroom or Workshop runs only when the customers are satisfied and it is functional only due to Customers. Honestly i won't recommend this place. It is like "ounchi Dukan Fikkh Pakwaan"
