Excellent service and hospitality. Looks exactly as shown in their pictures. Morning breakfast is so yummy, pool is also well maintained. They have geaser, ac, TV, mini fridge and a kettle. Beach is around 150metres

The hotel was budget friendly and the rooms were good and also the service. And the most important was the location it was near to the Calangute beach, with a walking distance.

Loved this hotel. Pros: Excellent location ( beach is just 5 mins walk) Excellent Food ( breakfast is awesome) Excellent room service ( Staff is very well behaved, soft spoken and helpful ) Scooty on rent available on cool price Sightseeing are provided Cons: Swimming Pool is small- kids can enjoy there Rooms are a bit noisy because it are made of wood, but this is ignorable as you get so many good things here Overall this is superb hotel, my next visit will be in same hotel for sure.

nice place with good rooms totally wood themed. Very good location beach is just a small walk away. Very nice staff amazingly helpful. I had some special requests for which they went out of their way. Highly recommend this place.

Location ,Place, ambiance n facilities are quite good in affordable prices... Happy to be here with my family. i booked this hotel for 3 night and 4 days, it was good room, cleanness, ac, over all good BUT..... swimming pool is Horrible.... tis just like Bath Tub.... their is no car parking in Hotel premises. hotel is just 300meter from beach location also very good. those who are liking swimming or enjoyed in pool dont book this hotel.... and bathroom size is too much stumpy ( short ) breakfast is awesome.... food quality maintain..... splice thank to Mansi Mam, she is very helpful always guide...

Let's me start with positives: 1. Room Service is very nice 2. Staff behavior was good too 3. Rooms were clean 4. Food taste was good. 5. Overall very cooperative in terms of giving additional services. Things which I don't like and can be improved: 1. Room lightening could have been better. Only a tubelight and a lamp is not good enough and lights are just above Curtains which is also one of the cause of low light in room. 2. Overall room space is also less even with this price range. Other hotels with this price range has bigger and spacious rooms. 3. Door Locking system is also not good. This can be improved. 4. Swimming pool is smaller in length which looks bigger in the Google pictures. Someone has added picture of other swimming pool too which creates confusion. 5. If swimming pool is not in working condition then they should mention this in site. Overall a good budget hotel with nice amenities but if u are looking for a bigger, spacious and aesthetically better looking hotel then u might not like this one.
