Horrible experience.. Old non-ac buses converted to AC, very congested - narrow pathway, and horrible dinner stop. However, reached to the destination with just 15-20 minutes delay.
Not at all recommended , they charge you the same price at which you could book khurana and other premium travels , and not good seating amd the hotel which they stopped us was a dhaba and that too not clean . Cheap service no standards maintained. When you book it they tell you someother place and on ticket they mention other location and when you call them , they dont respond.
This is the worst bus service i have ever been.. wish i could have given zero star to this bus service.. the bus break done in the middle of journey.. the conductor was drunk.. charging slot was not working.. pathetic bus service.. bus is late to their schedule time.. even they didnt take a breakfast stop.. horrible bus experience..
They don't have manners to talk with passenger even they don't have common sense to talk , they are talking like they are just talking in attitude

Worst service by Royal travel.. Only name royal .. there is no royal service.. No charging point working.. Rude staff... No cumbles are available.. And Vehicle is having huge noise.. no sleeping possible when you travel.. very very very disgusting they are..
3rd class bus travel .....even third class is better than royal bus .... Not even deserving one star.
The handling of luggage is very poor. I think during night time the luggage and cargo loading people are not in normal condition. I had a costly trolley along with me. They have badly damaged it. Royal travel must keep sincere people for work rather than any road side stupid so that we can assured of care for the luggage.
