Very worst experience ever i faced with royal sundaram general insurance, Every employee has like CEO attitude they even don't know how to treat a customers how to talk with clients, I will not suggest to anyone to buy insurance from cheap company, RS working as a local brand.

It has been 3 days since I have paid the amount for ncb certificate for my car insurance . The company has stopped responding to the emails sent by me asking the timeline for the certificate.
