Although the location of Royal Suites by Park Tree and the service of the staff is good but it lacks few basic amenities like enough spacious parking; good rooms with good views. Views from the top of this place is good. Near to the main market this place is quite during the night. Staff is really helpful and courteous. They made warm food on order which is the best thing about the place. Really tasty awesome food. Place is good if going with friends. We went on a bike ride for one night stay and chose this place to stay.
They charged us for other location, after reaching there, the staff told us its full and shifted to other hotel, no doubt their facilities were good, but we had to wait for an hour for this.. after traveling from long distance. So don't go for the booking , always ask for confirmation in the same hotel u booked

The location was good as you get great view of city. The hotel staffs also polite and courteous. Food was also great, the chef was personally looking after guests and asking for feedback which was great.

They don't provide electric kettle and premix for tea and coffee. Sufficient space for parking. Room space is good. Blower (heater) is not that effective. Staff is polite. Food is satisfactory. Not a wow experience for me. So rating just 'OK' for this property. All in all its good for bachelors' stay.
