It was really a nice experience staying in Hotel royal star. Highly recommended.. The staffs and the service offered was really good .

I don't know how this is 4+ rated. Rooms are not clean. Washrooms are with rust taps, hangers and very old. I asked for early check in and they said yes but while checkout they charged me extra. I had booked for 6 nights and they only gave me 1 free water bottle. No loundry service or any other amenities. AC not working properly and this was their duplex room. I don't think I'll ever suggest this hotel to anyone.

HAVE BEEN CALLING THE HOTEL RECEPTION FOR LAST THREE DAYS FOR RESCHEDULING THE BOOKING WITH ALL RELEVANT PROOFS. NOONE DID BOTHER TO GET BACK. CALLED THE MANAGER. DIDN'T TAKE THE CALL. MAILED AND NO ONE REPLIED YET. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY 2ND VISIT. WILL ANYONE PLS RESPOND BEFORE I GO AHEAD FURTHER??????? PLS DO NOT TRY THE PATIENCE OF A REPEAT CUSTOMER. Further to this review I had visited this place on my rescheduled date. It's true my mail was not replied but responded over phone. I won't say it was an amazing stay but it was not bad stay either. They are just in the process of getting themselves process oriented for sure. All the staffs were well behaved and cooperative. There were few problems in toilet but that was attended immediately. Also we were offered a free breakfast and one more day of stay which we couldn't avail. Last but least is that we the visitors complaint about cleanliness but we forget that the walls of the hotel is not for rubbing our hands and mirrors are not meant for sticking bindis. We just pay for our stay and deserve to have service. We don't but the hotel room for making all possible places dirty. I hope next time this hotel will be more professionally improved. Thanks to the management and staff and wish them good luck.

Rooms size very small, no clean, no neat. There is no service at all. Totally not suitable for family.

best hotel between city of Bengaluru you can go every where from here easily. staff was so good and polite.

Great place. My go to place to stay in Bangalore. AC is running in the night. Room was super clean and tidy. Flexible check in. CCTV was present in common places. Room service was good. Behaviour of the staffs was decent. Nicely maintained. Best hotel in the given price range per night. Overall Service was really nice. Genuine and honest person at the desk!

Decent price decent rooms. Don't book rooms offline, always go with online booking.
