Royal Sagar Food plaza - Indian restaurant in Jalpaiguri - Jalpaiguri, India

Food extremely well. I have tried chicken biriyani there. It was just awesome and to me it was best in jalpaiguri town. Price of the items are also cheap compared to the other standard restaurants in the town. Behaviour of the staffs are good. Location of the place is also perfect. They also serve pizza, momo, burger, dhosa etc. Its a family restaurant and no alocohol is served here. But there are some areas which they need to improve. Some more lights and decoration is required. Utensils should be more clean. Though they advertise that its an AC restaurant but they dont switch it on.

Wrost Food quality . Weast of Money plz don't order vej dal tarka . Chapati quality verry poor.

Nice food supply and family -friendly environment. Edit (2020)- their quality has degraded a lot. I will no more recommend people to visit this restaurant. Please don't order online too from here. Food is awful! Moreover , they charge so high!! It's crazy!! Edit(2022)- Veg thali from this restaurant is worth going for. Can surely try out their special kadhai paneer alongwith veg pulav and veg chow with Manchurian. Still would suggest to refrain from trying non-veg items from this restaurant.

Worst food quality.Delivered rotten food multiple times. When you order chicken kasa meal combo, they will deliver you 2 pieces of chicken one of which will be inedible bony piece. Won't listen to Complaints and while addressing their mistake the managers /owners behavior is like a goon.

Food quality is good enough and staff behaviour is also well and good.

Very high price . low quality food.

The restaurant had no customers when I reached there by 1pm. I waited 10 mins for someone to take the order. When no one came, I reached the manager to place the order, He was busy on his phone not listening what I said. When He finally talked back He was not even ready to take the order. I had to leave the restaurant. Horrible. I have never seen such a bad customer service anywhere.

Food quality is good and service is great. Update29/11/2022: Their quality of food drastically downgraded, recently had tried chicken biryani and that was the worst biriyani I ever had. By the name of biriyani, they are selling fried rice with chicken gravy. Even the chicken piece they provided was too small in size as per the price. Not recommended anymore
