Such a worst residency villas don't buy the house here and I was staying for long here no water is coming properly and the committee was worst in behaviour no safety at all to stay. They commitee worst and commitee president also worst. No water is coming properly.we have to suffer for the water.better don't buy this property with my experience.

Remote place to buy a house. The entrance and formation of the community doesn't look good. House construction looks okay. Their floor plans are great. Having said the above points, there is only one thing to say: if this builder uses proper material and meets amenities, this guy can become a famous builder.

I have seen lot of houses around cbe... But in GREEN NEST, i am really saying that I have bought 3 bedroom villa for very very affordable cost... Their plan also very comfortable for duplex house.. They gave me a chance to altar the plan to my wish... Overall its very nice .........

3 BHK villa at an affordable price! Royal villas is located at Kondayampalayam ,where the climate is really pleasant! The Green nest builders are really doing a great job! They solve the issues if any, as soon as possible, once if we complaint to them! Please keep up the good work! So Happy to be a part of Royal villas resident !

I bought a property 3 BHK villa here. It had been 2 years still the pending works are not completed. Very poor quality. poor construction. Low quality materials used. No private compound wall. No proper water supply in my house. No proper road. Not a gated community as said in ads etc., If we ask about the pending works, compound walls etc., the builder is asking for additional amount to complete it. Even worse is that my neighbour's wall is constructed in my land area which has been asked many times to correct it but still not done. After many times insisting a mark was done to identify the plot area which was later painted and the mark was gone. Worst Worst Worst.... Please be careful.

Now I am Staying in Green nest with spacious house . Nowhere I got my required loan amount,But Green nest understand my eligibility and they helped me in planning and financially they were support well. Now I feel satisfy to stay in good home in Coimbatore from Salem.
