Royal Residency Park - Hotel in Thiruvilwamala - Thrissur, India

Overall a nice experience. Good location, spacious room and well mannered staff. Food taste is average but spacious restaurant for family and group. But a few things are not maintained well. The kettle and Iron box was not working and toiletries were given just for one person.

Excellent hotel in thiruvilwamala. The Manager has made a significant contribution to the hotel and his leadership and his strategic thinking have been instrumental in driving the hotel .He has been very kind to us and help a lot to make our visit in thiruvilwamala a memorable one. Beautiful arranged and hygiene rooms . Amazing food . Kind and supportive staffs. Good net work facility.Overall I had a very excellent experience from this hotel.

A just stayed here some days ago and had a wonderful experience here.In thiruvilwamala I don't expect this type of wonderful property . Restaurant is also good and the staffs are realy helpful and friendly.The delux bar is also well maintained and good ambient and the staff also behave pleasently.overall a good experience here nice property to stay. A good property near Vilwadrinath Temple and Ivor Madom. I used to travel frequently in and outside kerala. This property is excellent considering the food they served in restaurant and the behaviour of housekeeping staffs . Rooms are excellent and well furnished. The ambiance of Deluxe bar is excellent. In restaurant, chatti chor is very good and the food they served is not much spicy. The attitude of management and all staffs are good.

RUDE MANAGER, POORLY-MAINTAINED PROPERTY AND SOME GOOD STAFF. It is not often that one finds such thorough unhelpfulness and surliness in the manager of a small-town property where you go with a rather sizeable group. From point-blank refusal to provide a few extra chairs, to refusal for a friend; a recovering cancer patient, to have his own special home-cooked food at the restaurant with the rest of us, this guy was the worst. At every point, he made it clear that he didn't care if we went somewhere else. The property itself is a bit run-down, but that could be tolerated. Especially considering the rest of the staff we met were helpful. Just this one man, having zero professional courtesy or basic human decency, makes one say No! to this hotel. Can't believe such people can be employed in the hospitality business.
