Not satisfied with the room. The room was dirty and smelling. Linens are not in good condition. Their service was nice. The person in the reception was really helpful.

Nice place... I faced one issues. Suffered alot my team also. But that night shift manager was very polite and solve the issues. And he called again and ask excuse with us. Any i am happy ..

Rooms are not maintained properly, situated in narrow street lane. Car Parking is a plus.

Worst experience with hotel where they can't even alot room to married couples even with proof. In chat they were ok but when we visited rude reception person with rude interaction with no proper information. Wasted our time . Worst experience

1 star just because AC was there. And that too was not working fine looks like. Whole night it was ON but we never felt cold. The guy who was at the reception was not bothered about customer and customer service. I don't know how these hotels are getting these many positive ratings. No towels provided, no soaps and shampoos provided
