Royal Residency is located in a perfect location. (Landmark : 100meters after LALCHAND, CUTTACK towards left) This buliding is in process and all facilities are not available but till date it is really beautiful with almost all adequate facilities available. Terrace is a nice place to chill!

ECOFRIENDLY HABITATION.THERE ARE 3 BLOCKS A B C,INFRONT SHOPPING ARCADE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION..MOST OF THE FLATS OCCUPIED, FEW LYING VACCANT FOR SALE.I AM STAYING IN BLOK C.I ENJIYED MY STAY HERE WEEK & MONTH END.

Nice and calm apartment on Cantonment Road. Nearby market place, hospital, ring road.

Big and spacious building, good lift, spacious garage

Need some strict security standards.
