Good and decent hotel to stay with family. Facilities: Hot water, AC with Fan, UPS, Wi-Fi, Car Parking, room service, TV, Cupboard, desk, stool, laundry service. My stay at Royal Residency was pleasant with good hospitality.

My family function visit to stay this residency 2 rooms, good parking, very good room service, nice with peaceful rooms, safety and comfort is well and good relationship, overall experience is very nice.

Booked the stay at last minute but the room was really clean, neat and well maintained

Had a very good stay recently. Rooms and services are extraordinary. Located on the bypass and not very far from railway station also. Hotel managers are friendly and very attentive to your needs. Strong wifi and if you need a comfort stay, go for double occupancy rooms!! If you are reading this review to book a room in Royal residency, give a try!! You will not regret

Entry to this hotel is narrow, through th side of a hotel, small reception area , well behaved person on counter. Enough spacious room, but AC was loud and biggest trouble was the exhaust fan of toilet..too loud noise, and switch for light and fan also same. Please provide separate switches and install little more silent one. Toilet was well clean and for 3K per night sweet

Room was clean, bathrooms was horrible and dirty. First and last trip to this hotel. Staffs are not friendly. Food not available inside have to buy from outside. No ironbox. Only 1 towel given for one room. Coffee and tea prepared in the hotel but while we were drinking the staff came and asked for the flask saying they only have one. Not recommended for a stay.

Worst hotel to stay. Pls don't choose this place. Staffs are rude, A/C doesn't work. Total frustration and dissatisfaction.
