Royal Residence 90 - Hotel in Gurugram - default, India

It was a nice time to spend at your hotel from last 30days where I can say that I was staying at my home, having home meal, same as my mum had prepared, with superb team starting from Reception always smiling face Mr Guddu who always there to listen if we have any queries nd trying to resolve the same with quick response, Housekeeping team who clean our room and make out day night with clea environment, on service Mr Mahesh with a pleasant smile who always make assure that we get hot meal and his efforts for guest is the same like that my siblings is making sure that no one should face problems with meal and take initiative to ask for preference and last but not the least kitchen team Chef Pawan and team hats off who assure we feel like home while having our meal with our choice of meal and satisfied our tummy. Note:- Smile makes a day,which is carry by your hotel team and that make my day on this 30days. Royal is not a hotel it's a second home for me from last 30days.

Good Guest House, Service was Amazing... especially the receptionist (Mr Kunal) is such a humble & Helpful Person. Will visit Again

The hotel is located inside a residential area. We reached the hotel @ 2 am in the morning from a late night flight and were promptly attended to.The quality of the room and washroom was very good. However the room we were allocated did the not have clean linens or duvets. I found 4 instances of hair on the sheets and brought that to attendants notice. To their credit, they arranged a different room in 10 mins but i doubted if the duvet cover were being regularly replaced. We checked out in the morning.

I stayed for 3days, it was a very comfortable stay. Location was very good, near huda city centre metro, the room was Spacious and room service was very prompt. Will surely come back whenever I am in the city.

Comfortable stay. Clean rooms. Hygienic & well maintained. Though kitchen is not there for ordering food which is a limitation. If hotel add on providing daily use essentials then it would be perfect place for sure. Surely recommended for frequent business travelers.

Well, it is hard to leave this place today after staying for almost 20 days. We were looking for a flat in gurgaon and while that search was going on Octave inn treated us like home. They took care of each and everything we asked at any time of the day. The staff is so cheerful and amazing. Do stay here if you want a clean room with good service in a budget price. Thanks. All amazing

A very nice property to stay in and very friendly staff. As compared to any hotel it has got everything a mini fridge and electric kettle and also the rooms are very spacious. It is around 250-275 sq ft which is commendable at a very reasonable price to go with. They should start their own kitchen soon which is Missing apart from that everything is up to the mark.
