Hotel although new is not in a great condition had to check out three rooms to finalise one as all the toilets were either leaking or dirty. Then when I finalised a room, after check in he said that room is not available and we were given the opposite room. Also we were told one price after checking in into the room the reception called us to tell that this is a different category room and we will be charged extra. We had had a long day of travel so we did not have any option but to oblige. Even the ac did not work for quite some time in the room.
The food from the restaurant was good to taste though.
Just the property is good, but people handling customers are Very unprofessional !
But it's good from safety point of view and proximity to National highway.
Royal Rasraj is a newer hotel of Hotel Rasraj which is just next to it. This place is new. The rooms are nice and big and beds are comfortable. They do not have their own restaurant, but can get the food from the adjacent hotel.
It's a good option if you just want to crash for the night and hit the road early morning. If you want better options, you can check slightly inside the city as well.
Very nice hotel to stay, only one drawback is they are not providing complimentary breakfast even though they have their own restaurant but still good value for money
Room service could be better. Toiletries were not provided at the time to check-in
Overall experience was good property is nice but still construction is going on ... I liked the room and interior plus the service was good and staff was superb friendly ....

The property is near the highway towards Pune ... Mumbai with good parking space

Overall, I had a great experience with the Royal Rasraj , staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a weekend. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.
