Need improvement in cleanliness.. Good shops for light breakfast, but surrounding areas are not being maintained properly with vood infrastructure. Wash room of complex is too bad without any cleaning. Need much improvement to attract passengers of Palanpur highway.

It has huge parking, pizza place, Baker and other fast food shops. Shiv skahti fortune teller is in here too

Royal Plaza is the shopping centre nearby Palanpur Highway- Gathaman chowkdi. Very big building. Very wide parking there. Nice place.
