I received order via zomato. The kadai Paneer was normal not very great. The veggies could have been more cooked and the gravy's spicyness and the consistency of the dish can me maintain.

I found a dead insect over the butter naan I ordered (zomato) from Royal Potli, that means my food was being prepared in unhygenic conditions. I am extremly disappointed with the quality of the service provided. I have asked zomato for full refund. #RoyalPotli #zomato #fooddelivery #unhygienicfood

I am living here in Noida sector 137 from past 1.5 years and it was always a problem to order good and delicious food. Whenever we used to plan a house parties or so it was always a tough decision to decide what should be the menu for today's party. Many new outlet are coming up so we thought to give a try one of it named ROYAL POTLI. We placed the bulk order for biriyani and some starters. We specially gave the instruction for the Biriyani as we wanted Dum Biriyani and the preparation was very well done and as we told it should be less spicy and it was taken cared by the chef. Starters we ordered was Paneer Tikka and Afghani Chaap both were delicious and creamy . 5 stars to Royal Potli for TASTE. 5 stars to Royal Potli for Delivery and Service.

Had kadhai mutton and it was simply superb. The meat was cooked superbly, was so tender and juicy from inside. The staff is also very professional. Will surely revisit.

This restaurant not known what is the taste of Chhole bhature, priceless and tasteless chhole bhature, without stuffed and chhole gravy wale.

I have been ordering from Royal potli but today's experience has put me off completely, the foid We ordered had so much chilli that with two bites both my daughters and I had running eyes and nose . Our throats got chocked and when I called the manager, he was so rude and said the chef says there can't be any chlli , then I tried to speak to Zomato and they are the most irresponsible customer care. They just gave me a bot reply of we'll look into it. In these times when everyone is so susceptible and Zomato is charging a bomb for it's services, it's pathetic....I think Royal potli should be shut as now I have doubts about their food quality as well

The WORST ever find across. Last week for the first time I ordered Butter chicken with chapati, thru Zomato app. After taste found Chicken was not fresh and the beauty is that the receipe was far away from Butter Chicken receipe. It was also full of Red chilli which leads to upset Stomac. Just be cautious and confirm receipe in case you are ordering from Potli. Fail to understand why these guys compromise with Quality while customers pays as per their demand.
