Villa khatun and phoenix inn are owned by Mr.Aleem in Goa. Very quiet place. Spacious rooms and you bet that bathrooms are also kind of a big room. Very clean. You will get to hear sweet voices of various birds and peacock can be seen roaming around in this area in mornings. My family is just waiting to go again to Goa and stay in this Villa. House keeping, Mr. Shiva, is also helpful and always at a call away. I strongly recommend this Villa

Location's really wonderful. It's right in the middle of Fontainhas settlement. Everything, right from restaurants to casinos are at a walking distance. You can see beutiful view of Maruti temple from the bottom of mountain. The staff was helpful and the room had all the required eminities. It's a heritage property and I was at the ground floor, so when someone would walk or run on the first floor, it would make a thumping noise.. It's not loud enough to break the deal though.

Beautiful colonial architecture, nice neighbourhood, close distance to the attractions of Panjim and good restaurants, the room clean, cosily decorated and equipped with everything you need, very nice and helpful staff and most of all, the best host one can wish for :) Definitely the best choice!
