This is a great place for all dog lovers and for those looking to get a furry friend home. I got my boy Skye, a golden retriever, from Royal Pets. He was an amazing dog, very cheerful and super fun. Couldn't have wished for a better friend. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine breeds. The pups they have are healthy and of good quality. Prices may be a tad bit higher than competition but in my view that should be the last thing on your mind, when you are getting a pup home for a lifetime, as a friend and a family member. The owners have also been helpful and guided us whenever we had any queries. Unfortunately, I lost Skye in 2022 due to prolonged illness. We took him to several vetenary doctors in Bokaro and Ranchi but no one could diagnose his illness. Just make sure you have good vetenary doctors available in your area, who could help you and your dog in times of need. P.S. - R.I.P. Skye. Hope that you're happy and your tail wagging wherever you are.

Went to the retail outlet for my dog and was attended by a helpful uncle there.He was very kind in recommending to us things that my dog needs.He was not pushy and he tries to recommend to us based on our budget.very thankful for his help. Price is reasonable and the shop is well -stocked with lots of pets supplies.

I mostly recommended to buy puppy from royal pets because lots of reasons :-- 1:--Best breeders in jharkhand 2:--they sell only healthy & full heavy bone puppies. 3:--Customer can buy puppies on very reasonable prices $$ with quality compare than other breeders & kennel Also punjab sides . 4:--They are always ready to help you . 5:--They treat puppies like humans baby . 6:--I buy German Shepard puppy from royal pets you can see how my dog look proper black & deep tan pattern and growth Now he is only 9 months old you can see in photo. My friends always says give compliment In my town their some german shepherd but not like my GSD colour my uncle friends also buy. Yes, we got him home (purchased) on 29th as mentioned in the review. He was really active and healthy WHICH I HAD MENTIONED SEVERAL TIMES OVER CALL AND EVEN WROTE MY FIRST REVIEW ON THE SAME. 2. Yes, he was always under strict supervision. If you recollect, I used to call/text you for every single doubt (eg: when he chewed on a leaf, when we found ticks on his body) for which I even appreciated your support, this being the reason I RECOMMENDED YOUR SHOP TO MY FRIENDS. 3. The account is managed by my relative who wasn't aware about Leo's condition because we hadn't informed them (AND I ASSURE YOU, IT WONT BE DELETED). This being said, the videos are not uploaded the same day they were taken. His motions started on the evening of 6th, that's when we called you and again, YOU RESPONDED BEAUTIFULLY WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATE. 4. Concern regarding KCI papers: WELL, THIS IS THE POINT THAT MADE ME CHANGE MY REVIEW FROM 5 STARS TO 1. I'm absolutely aware what KCI papers are. If you'd sent it via post, all that my father had asked was some sort of receipt claiming the deduction of Rs.1000 but you failed to provide that. 5. Regarding the sharing of contacts, Please do, I would love to personally talk to them. Feel free to share it via WhatsApp. 6. In one of the comments my friend had made, you mentioned that VACCINE IS TO BE GIVEN AT 7-8 WEEKS of age. Although, the AKC (American Kennel Club, also can't place URL due to Google policy) apprises it to be given WITHIN 6-8 WEEKS and this is exactly what the Vet had mentioned. In conclusion, I NEVER BLAMED YOU OF GIVING US AN UNHEALTHY PUPPY AND NEITHER DID WE ASK FOR ANY REFUND. MY SOLE PURPOSE WAS TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN AT YOUR END IN CASE SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE PUP (eg: DEATH). My review wasn't diplomatic, it was my personal outlook and I believe that's the sole purpose of the Review and Feedback system. I wish you all the best. Also, thanks for Leo, the little bundle of joy :) ------------------------------ FINAL REVIEW (This might be a long review, I kindly request you to read it CAREFULLY) I had booked my puppy (Male GSD) on 24/08/2020. The price was Rs. 35,000 (30,000 for the puppy and 5,000 for the KCI papers) for a KCI registered champion bloodline male dog and we brought him home on 29/09/2020. Leo(my puppy) was diagnosed with Canine Parvovirus on 07/10/2020 and passed away on 11/10/2020. We called Mr. Jay the same day and asked him to cancel the KCI papers as it doesn't make sense to get papers for an individual who is no longer alive and asked for returning the sum of Rs. 5,000 for the papers. Compromising because of higher price was never an option, all we wanted was a healthy puppy for which Mr. Jay had vouched for when we had booked a puppy with him. However, once Leo passed away due to Parvovirus, Mr. Jay BRILLIANTLY BACKED OFF FROM ALL THE FAKE PROMISES and started delaying the return of Rs. 5,000 for the KCI papers. Finally, after endless calls and reminders he paid Rs 4,000 (DEDUCTED 1,000 EVEN FROM THIS) on 30/10/2020 (19 DAYS LATER) claiming that he hadn't received the refund from the KCI office. In my personal experience what I understood is that he'll claim a lot of things about himself and the quality of his puppies he breeds. However, in case something happens to your adorable puppy/dog, that's when you'll get to see his true nature, DENYING ALL CLAIMS THAT HE HAD DONE IN THE PAST AND BRILLIANTLY RUNNING AWAY FROM ALL THE RESPONSIBILITIES. It was really shocking that the moment we had informed him about our puppy having Parvo, he straight away pointed the finger at us claiming we had taken him out or something (YES, THATS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED) Therefore, it's my advice to all of you that be extremely careful before getting a puppy from him because we won't take any responsibility in case something happens to your dog.
