Royal Park Resorts - Hotel in Zirakpur - S.a.s Nagar, India

Rooms are spacious and bedding is good. But the washrooms were utterly very poor. No exhaust fan for bad fumes and no hot water for bathing. Despite calling reception for hot water no resolution. Definitely needs improvement in washroom. We had 2 rooms but there was issue in both

I have extremely bad experience of this hotel. The washrooms were so messy, water for bath also wasn't hot, blankets had dirty stains on it, no floor mat in front of the bathroom, all our wet footprints were there over the floor due to this, blanket had a dirty stain. The hotel looks big and good only from outside, nothing really good from the inside

I have been vist this hotel with my family . Located at the highway it's easy to get in and out if you are travelling by road. Nice and cozy rooms. Staff is very friendly right from the entrance to reception to lobby to restaurant everywhere you would find people ready to help you out. Sumptuous and large collection of variety in the restaurant to satiate your hunger pangs.The service was excellent. Food quality is to good. Rooms are neatly cleaned. Comfortable bed. Everything was just amazing. However, other than that, the staffs are very helpful and specially the breakfast was so great to eat. I would like to stay here when I am in Chandigarh..

Hotel was good, Room service was good. Difficult to get cab service as I tried 3-4 times to get a cab for just 3-4 km as showing in map but no Ola/Uber were accepting the ride. We tried from 2 phones. Reception staff are not at all cooperative as I reached half an hour before the time as my train arrived by that time. They gave a reason that the room cleaning is going on which was totally absurd for us because in such a hotel having number of rooms hows it's possible to have room maintenance service at one time and no room is available for check in. Later to the surprise, we got to know that they were waiting for check in time to happen so that they could allow us for check in. Along with me there was minimum 10-12 people who were with luggage sitting in the reception area which was not suppose to be happening in city of Chandigarh. Even the menu price for breakfast lunch dinner was sky touching. To all my viewers, if you get other options as per your budget do go with that hotel but don't recommend or select this hotel. I strictly don't recommend this hotel to anyone for their service specially during check in.

Worst Hotel. Rooms are not dusted, floor is full of dust. Cockroaches everywhere . Breakfast is unhealthy. Plates and especially coffee cups are dirty - i mean literally when I scratched the inner part of the cup , the unwashed coffee or tea stains came out. The rooms have dirty tables, washrooms have cockroaches roaming around. Very pethaic service. Took 1 hour to supply additional breads. They claimed that they are 4 star hotel, but they are below 2 star. Never visit this hotel again in my life.

This is my 4th visit to Royal Park Resorts, the service level is really nice. My family go impressed with the tasty morning buffet, wide variety and lovely ambience. Best dining and bar with fountain. ..allover it was a Fantastic in a word.

Royal park resorts is the worst hotel I have encountered. I would have given negative rating to this hotel if possible. Firstly, they provide the rooms full of damped walls and bad smell. When we asked them to change the rooms, we had to wait for half an hour. We had to wait for bell boy for another hour at reception to receive our luggage. In the exchanged rooms, they didn't provide any toiletries, towels, complementary water bottles. We had to call multiple time for the same. Additionally, Toilet flush was not working at all and another major drawback was the central AC. Remote control was available in the room but even then you can not change or control the AC. You have to call reception every-time when you to want to change AC temp or turn it on/off. Apart from these, when we were using lift in the evening. We got stuck there and there was no announcement from their side to let us know that they are working on opening the lift. We had to find the signal somehow in the lift and then call the reception to let them know that we are stuck in the lift. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone at any price.
