Hotel ROYAL PARK is a perfect place to stay in Gulmarg .Great location really pleasant and clean rooms ,but the thing that make this such a good place to stay are the staff .All of the people r incredibly helpful and generous. And no request for assistance was a problem for them .the hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. .the hotel is well situated ,being close to shopping .transport and tourist sites . On my next stay ,I will definitely check into the hotel.

The best part of this hotel is the view outside ...it's mesmerizing! Rooms are dingy but decent for the price. Food was average but the staffs are very helpful.

Good services were provided by the staff and the food was also very tasty. The view is very mesmerizing. The also provided hot kashmiri kawa which was great in the chilly winter. Bonfire was also provide. Although we had a great experience with Royal Park Hotel.

Please look for options if you are coming to Gulmarg. The hotel is in a bad shape. The rooms stink and the floors are parched, waiting to be mopped. At times, you may also feel the crumbling of woods beneath when you walk. Also, once you step into the lobby, you will more likely be greeted by an agent rather than a hotel staff, who would be looking to "take you for a ride". Its surprising why the management is silent on this part. Staff members are well behaved, especially the Manager, who had to cut a sorry figure for the dilapidated condition of the hotel. Bathrooms are small and need immediate repair. But the hotel carries a heavy price tag. Not at all worth.

The rooms were very basic and in September 2023 when it was very hot outside, the rooms had no Fan/ AC. Food / Buffets could have been better arranged. The hotel is expensive for the Service/ Food that we get.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Stay was comfortable, food was great and above all the hospitality and service extended was best in class... restaurant view is mesmerising ....again thanks for making our stay extra special. Look forward to come back again

We stayed in this Hotel for one night. The location of the hotel is good. The views from the Hotel restaurant is very beautiful. Room was spacious having all the basic facility. Bathroom was clean but it required maintenance. Wifi connectivity was good. Our package was with breakfast and diner. Food was good and have good spread. Mountain view from restaurant was awesome. Overall our experience was good.
