Royal Palace Paying Guest for Men - Boy's Hostel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Awesome place for Students. This is best accommodations in annanagar. Every PG's got pros and cons. In all aspects this is good among all. I studied in Akash and stayed in this Pg one year.I have enjoyed .

There is no Guest house in this place. We searched with the help of Google and reached the place. But no such guest house found. Contact the owner first before going.

Worst behavior by the staff spoken, he didn't even want to disclose the price and kept on saying the rooms were full. When I enquired about the price again and again he finally decided to say like Rs. 20000/- for twin sharing. I don't know who'll pay 20k for a twin sharing PG in chennai, when we can get a 2BHK flat at that price around Anna Nagar.

The worst pg i had ever seen. I am staying here since 2017. There is no gesture, no fridge, no television, no study room. Even the fans aren't working properly and poor ventilation. But they advertising that they providing ac, television, gesture, wifi etc. But none of this available here. So don't choose this pg.

Hi all Although i stayed in this royal paying guest in 2018-2019, almost for 1.5 years at their Anna nagar 6th Avenue pg which was near to 18th main road & SBI. Is that pg still operating or closed now?

When i call to ask a details there is no proper response from the admin. It is a nonsense behaviour from the pg. Please no body get shame on contacting this pg.

Every facility is nice....! It feels like Home ..! But the one and only problem which is Haunting is Bloody Dogs raised by Villas people....! To come and go, it's very Scary moment....!

No comments Ok I will tell, I stayed there for a period of 6 months. All facilities available but most of them are in bad conditions.food is average. Only bike parking available. Better take a/c rooms to avoid mosquitoes. Hygiene & neatness depends on your roommate! Food outside is too expensive ! PS: If you can adjust with anything/anybody you can take my word, good place around annanagar. It was uncomfortable for me. I only stayed coz of my friends...!
