Worst banquet hall. 1. They will not give bill for the payment,since you will not have any record that you have paid them and all payment will be done in cash ,so you can't do a police case as there will be no proof 2.while booking and doing advance payment, they will show you AC rooms, and other amenities but on the marriage day , none of the AC was working, lift was stopped intentionally, no water in washroom, no generator facilities, unhygienic place. 3. I have arranged decorator from outside and since I have cut out 3-4 k amount,then they have not allowed to enter the tent man to start decorating. 4. Owner who is old man is very rude.he will be nice on booking day ,rest he will show who he is. 5. I wish,Karma should make him realise what he is doing and get what he is giving to others even after taking money.

I wish I could give 0 star rating. I have booked this place for my sister marriage, and this is the worst place to select. They have turn off the water supply for 4-5 hours during the event. Please don't use their generator, they will not turn on the generator when the lights get off. Not a single ac is working, they are just used as fan. All the fan is just rolling, and not working fine. Royal Palace Banquet worst banquet hall which confirms that they are free of cost and charges too high without any facilities taking advantage of people who needs.... We were one of the victim of this. It was my sister's marriage and we gave too much amount around 1 Lacs and 81 Thousands and did forcefully agreement of 0 Re. In return they worst arrangement with no working AC , no properly working fan at this hot summer, no water facility in restroom, no proper ambience.. I request all of you who visits this place if you are finalizing this then don't give full payment at all, check how they provide the service and then do final settlement. Also they don't even know how to talk to ladies at all.

parking service is not good . it necessary for improve . All filthy is also not good . i hope that small function like birthday celebrate, anniversary etc. it's hotel is not situated in main road is also situated in street.

Attended a wedding in summer. It was dam hot. They had added long long glasses. It gave green house effect in summer. Architecture of venue is not suitable for summer.

Worst place to book for anything, everything is just for show off to get the deals , they say it's AC room but they never fill the gas so AC doesn't even work even if you complain they will just come and go and act like it's working but it's not
