Wonderful hotel. My second first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. Plus there is a bar The service was amazing and everyone was really attentive. The linens were so comfortable. Had the most amazing time at the restaurant. Aryan were so prompt and helpful in everything. He pretty much asked me everytime if I'm comfortable or not, which made me super happy ..this made me feel super super nice and homely breakfast experience. Would highly recommend.

An elegant stay with great hospitality. The space inside the resort is beautifully made and has lush green areas. The indoor arcade space also is very engrossing. And the Live music with dinner was cherry in the cake. A great stay, easy to reach and peaceful vacation spot. A must visit spot.

It has been great experience in the ROFR. Nice property with great hospitality. Being just 800m from mall road it was easy to drove away to nearest destination. They have good gaming area for kids and SPA experience was awesome. The best is the Dehradun view from our Room. If you are planning a fun trip with family for ease off time with kids, its best place to stay. We will surely like to re visit it.

I had an absolutely enchanting stay at the Royal Orchid Fort Resort in Mussoorie. The breathtaking views of the mountains from my room left me in awe every morning. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. The resort's well-appointed rooms, delicious dining options, and serene ambiance made it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. I can't wait to return to this oasis of tranquility and luxury.

This is worst Scam hotel ever. Listed as a 5 star property, the rooms are ages old and bad. I have stayed at 3 star hotels with better rooms and 1/10 of the cost. The rooms have no walking space, the washroom is small and fittings are old. The closet space is depressing and overall the stay is pathetic, suffocating and overpriced. The only luxury is the view. No doubt they have a lot of amenities but none of them is maintained. The gym for example is so small that 2 people cant workout together, the machines hardly work. The food tastes average but the prices touch the sky & for that reason you are looters. The breakfast spread is average. Service is quick and staff is warm. The property is huge and offers great views but rooms are miserable. Now comes the horrendous part, we asked for booking cancellation on medical grounds of 80 year old lady who was having breathing issues but the management denied on grounds of being able to provide assistance. The very next morning another of our companions suffered immense difficulty in stomach post breakfast. After suffering for good 3-4 hours when situation went worse, we called in the reception for a doctor - a facility they don't provide and have no doctors available on call too. Icing on the cake- the property has no cars, so in case of emergency we were asked to book a rickshaw ourselves and travel 3 km to a civil hospital. On further complaints we were assured we will be provided all assistance but the damage was already done. The management goes by some policies which works only in their favour. The staff and management is not at all hospitable. This property is not worth 5 stars, its just a scam. We ruined our vacation by staying at this overrated and overpriced property which is located on a slope and access to mall road would cost you 500 rs . Beware of these looters, wasted 6 digit amount on these scammers. Should be banned.

I visited here for a business trip and everything was so smooth and easy starting from the check-in to room service to dining experience, everything was so luxurious and comfy. Special thanks to Mr. Mayank and Mr. Aryan for the phenomenal service experience, very supportive, kind, calm and hospitable.
