Really Comfortable stay at reasonable price. Hotel is located right on main road with really nice rooms, good sized open parking(with valet service) and helpful staff. Initially we had some issues with disturbance due to ongoing renovations at one of rooms, however the management was very understanding and quick to address the issue asap. Food: Another plus and added to the comfort of our stay. In-room service was good and the breakfast buffet spread was also really good with good varieties on offer. Would recommend to any fellow travellers..
Horrible experience!! The hotel and rooms are nice but the staff are cheats!! We had ordered 10 plates of a starter and they put only 4 plates into a buffet vessel and told us it's 10 plates!! The service was horrible! Mr. Amar and Mr. Krishna Gowda tried their best to cheat us!! They kept forcing us to order more food!! Finally 3 members did not have dinner!! Mr. Vikas was extremely rude after he received the full payment in advance!
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are very friendly and always happy to help. Ample parking space available. This place is in centre of Shimoga and very convenient for business trips. Buffet Breakfast was a very good spread. Hot water available all the time. The bed spring needs to be changed. It was very uncomfortable to rest on the back.
It was a good experience. But room service is not fast. Receptionists need to be more attentive. They pick call & respond to you, but they provide the service very late. Receptionist girls need to improve. Rooms are good. Clean and maintained. Linens are clean. Overall good experience
Everything was good including breakfast and rooms . Unfortunately I left my headphones in the room and checked out, very immediately may be within 1 hour I called them back requesting to check and confirm regarding headphone. They told that nothing was there in the room and denied about headphones. So be careful and make sure u carry all ur stuff while check out.
We had a very bad experience.we had booked this venue as a group of 30 ppl and had paid them in advance.They cheated us in the banquet by not providing correct quantity of food. They did not listen to our complaints and were not cooperating with us Overall it was a horrible experience I would not at all recommend this venue as a group as they donot provide the service that they charge for.
Very poor service. There was no towels in the bathroom. I had to call 3 time to room service for towels. Shower gel bottle was empty. TV was not working. Called 3-4 times for a plate and spoon.
One of the best hotels in Shimoga to stay and dine-in. Good rooms and other facilities. Had a comfortable stay. Food at tiger trail restaurant was exceptional. We had buffet dinner and breakfast, both were equally good. They had a good spread of items for both dinner and breakfast and they were delicious. Prices for the buffet was also reasonable. Staff at the restaurant were friendly and hospitable. Had a comfortable experience overall and will definitely come back if we plan to stay in Shinoga.
