Room size is big enough and decent ambience. Certain things like bathrobe, slippers, notepads, pencils were missing. The mini bar was bare and no munchies or snacks or fruits were available. Room service was decent. Food quality was average but pricing is also reasonable. Breakfast buffet is also decent but in no way lavish. Office drop and pickup up services are not available. Location is good. Good for basic work travel requirements

Stayed at this hotel for a week and the overall experience was good. I can recommend this place for staying with family or business travel. They have a spacious room, a well-maintained gym, and a good breakfast menu. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Overall I feel hotel is good with Room ambience and nice breakfast with multiple options. I rated them 4star due to their reception they need to improve with checkout procedure which took me 15-20 min till I get final bill.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experience s ever Staff was very hospitable. My experience with Royal Orchid central Pune was Superb and Amazing. Homely environment. Healthy food with different varieties. Pools and gym were up to the mark. I will surely recommend to all of you to visit and enjoy their hospitality.

The Worst Hotel I have Ever stayed they have Extremely rude staff, I felt as if I was Staying in a hostel with a strict warden . The hotel rooms were also in poor condition with poor Hygiene. The staff was not at all professional not at all trained or well mannered. The food was also very poor .
