This property of the Royal Orchid is Awesome room are very clean neat , its gives very welcoming and warmth atmosphere and very very and high courteous staff . Well coming to food opted for buffet for dinner and breakfast quite nominal for the spread which they had was wide and food was hot and tasty and staff come back to you asking for any other requirements though they have packed floor still they pay attention to guest at each table . I have stayed in few of Royal property I feel this is the only property which is well maintained Kudos to you guys , Please keep the standards !!
I have stayed at Royal Orchid Jaipur and comparatively, this property is smaller. However, the quality of service is maintained and I enjoyed my stay here. The buffet served was also quite good.
This is located on Mujmahuda area. Very easy way to find location. Location of hotel is very nice in middle of city. Easy taxis and auto available from this hotel. They have valle parking facility available - a good part for any hotel. Have nice dining hall/ restaurant area which we never used. There is good part is that they allows anyone to visit hotel where your friends or family is staying. The service was we felt is quick. Moreover the food served was also a nice. I stayed here for two times and total of four days. They provided all the requirements at a time as we asked. Like bathroom kit, towels and Iron at quick basis. The rates are affordable. They have swimming pool on terrace too but we are not able to use it as we have tight schedules of the visit. Overall this is nice hotel in city.
I have visited this hotel with my son for his IELTS speaking exams and i was waiting at reception for his exam to end but suddenly someone from management comes to me and ask me to go outside and said that you can't sit here if you have not booked room. He said you can't wait here you have to go to the basement scooter parking area and have a seat there. Very bad behavior by reception

Terrible unprofessional staff who don't even know how to smile. I wouldnt even stay at this hotel.even for free. The staff has no people skills and didn't even know how to process my reservation even though I had provided my booking details. He had me seated at the reception for 20minutes and had dealt with another customer who came 10 minutes after me. I'm sure he was racist or maybe he had a problem with my beard who knows. This hotel is stated as a four star but for me it was three star. Maybe for local Indians it may be a four star but for a British citizen it's definately not a 4 star. The staff definately need retraining and they need to be taught the discrimination laws. So my honest review is.. stay away if you have standards. Fortune inn is 10 times better or welcome hotel. 100% these hotels are worth every penny.
Centrally located, close to major attractions of Vadodara. Rooms are decent and clean. Hotel service is good, food is tasty, buffet breakfast spread is good but service is bit slow, staff are cooperative. Overall nice place to stay.
