WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! I had an absolutely horrendous time at this hotel! Not only do they have the audacity to prohibit outside food, but the service is a complete disaster. The menu prices are through the roof, and getting someone to take our orders felt like a herculean task. We called 5-7 times just to place an order! When I confronted them about the in-room dining debacle, they shamelessly lied, insisting they hadn't received any calls. I had my friend call right then, and what do you know, the phone rang loud and clear! This so-called 4-star hotel is a joke; I've seen better service at 3-star establishments. And the nerve to tack on a "staff contribution" fee for every little thing! Ordering a bottle of water shouldn't come with a side of extra charges. The staff's rudeness is the cherry on top of this awful experience. Leaky bathrooms and ancient AC units just added insult to injury. Save yourself the trouble - I wouldn't recommend this disaster of a hotel to my worst enemy!
Very very unclean. The bedsheets and pillowcases had stains on them. We informed the manager about this and he moved us to a new room where we experienced the same problem. Finally the third room had clean sheets but the floor was so dirty and there were cockroaches in the washroom. Had a horrible experience and would not recommend this place. The rooms don't look anything like the pictures. This is a 2 star hotel and not 4 star
Room are good spacious and clean. The lift I hotel is very small. The food was ok , need to keep the area near gym and pool tidy .

DON'T EVEN THINK OF ORDERING A COKE BECAUSE ONE COKE IS FOR 225 WHICH BECOMES 292 INCLUDING TAXES. 2 LACHHA PARATHA IS FOR 292 WHICH DOES NOT EVEN TASTE LIKE 50 RUPEES PARATHA. 1 TEA IS FOR 175 THAT BECOMES 227 WITH TAXES. C'MON GUYS I MEAN MY ENTIRE ROOM COST ME approx. 4500 & MY FOOD COST ME 6623. I MEAN THIS IS CLEAR SCAM BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO ORDER FOOD FROM OUTSIDE & SO FORCED TO ORDER FROM THEIR RESTAURANT ITSELF WHICH WILL COST YOU MORE THAN THE ROOM. THEY MAKE 10 BILLS FOR YOUR 10 ITEMS. SERVED OUR SALAD HALF AN HOUR AFTER OUR FOOD GOT OVER. PEOPLE AT FRONT DESK DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO SMILE & BE POLITE. ALOT OF ATTITUDE. TELEVISION SPEAKERS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY SO YOU WONT BE ABLE TO HEAR THE DIALOGUES ON TV & IF YOU INCREASE THE VOLUME YOU KEEP GETTING COMPLAINTS. PHONES DONT WORK PROPERLY. THEY DONT PICK UP CALLS UNTIL AND UNLESS U CALL THEM 5 - 10 TIMES. RISKY TO PARK YOUR CAR NEARBY BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION BEING SO SHADY. HAVE BEEN OVER MORE THAN 15+ HOTELS IN NAVI MUMBAI. THE MOST HORRIBLE WAS THIS ONE. ROOMS ARE SO SMALL. THEIR FURNITURE ITEMS AND ELECTRONICS ARE OF 2000's. I DONT KNOW HOW ARE THEY 4 STAR WHICH SUCH HORRIBLE PRESENTATION AND SERVICE. THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY OVER HERE. DONT EVEN THINK OF COMING HERE TO ENJOY BECAUSE YOUR TIME MONEY ENERGY IS GONNA BE A BIG WASTE. RATHER CHOOSE ANY OTHER HOTEL IN NAVI MUMBAI.
Just the location is near to industrial area rest it seems good. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Rooms are good. Food quite expensive. Breakfast and dinner is delicious!!!

Services were really good also the rooms were very nicely furnished and what to say about its food quality it was really awesome. It is a nice hotel to stay.
It's on a little offbeat but the hotel is really great, the rooms are spacious and the beds are soft. Clean washrooms and food is also good here. If you're looking for lodging this is the perfect place to stay. The service is also good with friendly staff.
