Our first stop in India and we loved it. Really good location, off from the main road and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast spread was excellent. Dining on the roof was amazing. Live music and great food.

The rooms are nice and cozy. Quick room service. The staff is courteous and helpful. Their rooftop restaurant is amazing. Love the view from there. Make sure you don't miss put on the brunch there. The breakfast spread is limited but worth the value. They take care of all your needs and requests.

The Ulsoor Lake in Bangalore has become increasingly dirty over the past few years. The lake has been polluted by untreated sewage and industrial waste, and the water is so murky that it's impossible to see beneath the surface. The lake has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other pests, and the stench of the lake is often unbearable. There is also a lot of garbage floating around the lake, making it an eyesore. The lake was once a popular spot for morning walks and bird watching, but now it's simply too dangerous and unhygienic to do so. The government needs to take immediate action to restore the lake to its former glory.

I visited for my meeting in this hotel there I left my wallet at the meeting table I went out from there to the airport. The good thing was they kept my wallet safe and secure. I appreciate this kind of service from the staff.

Visited Pinkzz restaurant to celebrate my daughters birthday... Place & ambience was good... Food was tasty... One thing I didn't like was charging 300 for one bottle of water & no one informed us about the cost until the bill was given.. Waiters kept on asking for more water & I understood it is for money only & not for courtesy... They charged me 2100 only for water which is a big loot... Management to ensure that customers are informed about cost/ bottle before serving... That was a big disappointment that for water we have to pay 2100... It is only in India ...water is charged & that tooo this expensive...

The room arrangement and neatness was really awesome, The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast menu is moderate, expecting the hotel to arrange more varieties rather than usual South Indian dishes.The room service is really very bad, we were waiting for drinking water to be available at our room around 1 hour but till then we didn't get that .The room temperature controller was in ideal condition unfortunately we were not able to set our desired temperature. The room calling bell was ringing automatically without even being pressed by anyone, the hotel management did repair but we have experienced the same even after that. The room keycard was not working properly even after being replaced from the reception.They are charging Rs125 for providing a set of empty plates to have food in our room, I never heard of this before.
