Royal Oak Spa - Massage spa in Thane - Thane, India

Got scammed of 9K by therapist Muskan. Paid for FS + Jacuzzi. I have been to Royal Oak three times before. It was good. But this time the service was SO bad that I will never visit again. Worst therapist Muskan.

Coming to this spa was soo therapeutic for me absolutely loved the experience. The staff, the ambience of the place everything just fits. Def recommending this place to my friends!!

My first experience was nice; Good ambience, friendly receiptionist I took "Deep Tissue Massage" for myself, you get privacy, the room was good and clean, you can have shower.

So nice spa very good massage and to good staff name janvi and very hygiene spa and tharipest . I am visit again and again.

Very bad , no proper massage the staff mahek is very bad , she stays in borivali , shr doesn't have a good connection with guest , she only asked extra money from guest , she doesn't know how to do massage,she doesn't know what is the massage , she only asked for a tip, she doesn't have a manner to talk with the guest, she used bad words with the client, royal Oak spa is very bad ,i did not prefer to my any friends to go get massage and get relaxed they only , work for money and tips , they used very rude language to speak with clients , they only want money and tips please don't goto royal Oak spa they have very bad relationship with guest , one of the best staff muskan .Sana,.janvi,was there till than they have proper massage , know they work only for money, they don't want client they want to fool people , and they want there's money, I will suggest don't goto Thane. Royal ook spa branch , and you can go to any branch , here they fools you they only take money , they doesn't wants clients relationship and their relaxation , please don't go to Thane royal Oak spa, to all my friends , they all are fake over here , specially manager , and nidhi ,who attended client at counter and collect money from guest what ever she promised all are fake, please don't go to this Thane branch. Near. Rmall , i will suggest to sll my friend????

Great experience!! Had booked for my partner on her birthday. Cherry on the top they also arranged for cake.

Shady spa. Best to avoid!! Was told rs 1500 fr a 45 min foot massage, howervr the massage was over in 30 min. N who does a dry foot massage? Only men entering d massage place n heard some wierd conversation at d payment counter... They r claiming to b d best in Thane, mayb they need to visit a true spa n experince a massage frm a trained professional

A must visit place. You forgot all your worries the moment you step inside this spa. Very professional spa. Highly recommended.
