##Guys whenever customer gives single star . this guys using a same strategy of accusing the customer with false allegations . Let's see what false allegations he reply for this comment. -- kindly refer past single star comments from others .. We are around 7 people with family we can for a two day stay .. but we decided to vacat within a day because of their excellent service and hospitality. One of worst hospitality experienced in our life. I strongly recommend you guys not to book this resort. During dinner and lunch they prepare only what you ordered but you need to give order before 4 hours even snacks also. Actually we had a 6 yrs child in our group , we ordered French fries one plate for snacks after consuming she asked for more this guys denied to serve told kitchen closed by 6pm itself. If you want to relax and have fun this resort is not recommended, they are running for some other I think so.

Resort surrounding is really awesome. Food is Really delicious, Special care for prior orders. House keeping did their job well Rooms are neat and clean Cost-wise cheaper than near-by resorts I really enjoyed the clear-blue swimming pool.

I have stayed at the Royal Nature Resort now firstly for over 4 weeks from June - July then late July - end August, total of nine weeks. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very good in the reception area. Rooms were very clean.Facilities in the room were also good except for the tea milk and sugar were replaced daily .Breakfast in the morning is complementary but there was plenty to choose . The staff were always on your back removing plates before you finished. To be honest this is a very good place to stay out of the way and good if you like it quiet. the pool area were exceptional. Staff in general will help when required....the meals at night did fair better bet was still cold a times. Price wise was not too bad...Overall Heartful happy...

Food service s need to be improved. V stayed last Saturday night with my friends and their family. For snacks they took ordered at 3.30 pm itself, told we will serve u at 5.30 at ur room. V ordered French fries , tea and milk for my daughter. They didnt deliver milk, my daughter asked one more French fries, but t captain told ary v can't provide u.. Here I ask just French fries only v hasn't asked u any main course, y cant u just provide it.. Then v didn't get milk, v went directly to kitchen and got it there.

A wonderful location for relaxing with welcoming staff. I contacted Javahir, the receptionist, at midnight because I needed extra pillows and tablets, and he came to my room to provide them everything. He is a really humble person. Coconut trees encircled the area, and the inner rooms offer excellent services. The swimming pool was really nice and refreshing....

Worst experience! This resort is not for friends and couples. Because they didn't mentioned any guidelines regarding alcohol consumption in the own garden of our respective rooms. We faced many troubles by the management. They don't know the way of treating guests. We went for relaxation but its not the right place. We asked for food @4:00pm but they said kitchen closed.. after 5 only they took order but food is not available. Only they provided snacks.

Please my kind request to my frds nd all my people.. never choose this resort very cheap behaviour... While you check out they will charge you for the existing broken tiles ... Wall... Which they have done already... Never ever choose this resort... Worst very worst nd local peoples are there in resort.. with no knowledge.
