Nice place ...we purchased silk sarees here , few sandalwood items from here

I recently visited this emporium and had a mixed experience. While the variety of sarees and dress materials they offer is impressive, I couldn't help but notice the premium prices they were charging. It seemed a bit steep compared to other stores in the area. Moreover, I had some concerns about the authenticity of the products. Although they claim to sell genuine items, I couldn't shake off the feeling of uncertainty. It would be beneficial if the emporium could provide more transparency and assurance regarding the authenticity of their products. This would help customers feel more confident about their purchases. On a positive note, the customer service was decent, with the staff being courteous and willing to assist. The store ambiance was pleasant and well-maintained as well. Overall, while the emporium has a good selection, the high prices and doubts about authenticity prevent me from giving it a higher rating. It may be worth considering other options in the area before making a final decision.

It's a wonderful experience. Antique furniture made out of solid wood is the major attraction. You can get original sandal wood power, oil and cosmetic items with reasonable price.

Purchased a dress material recently at a very high price only to find out that the embroidery work is sub standard. All the threads are just woven and not stitched and it comes off in a single pull. See the pictures attached. I did not check the material properly before buying however I am posting this review so that others are cautioned from this fraudulent place.

No good collection of sarees. Old model sarees with higher prices than other metro cities shops.

THIS SHOP IS TOTAL FRAUD !!! They charge more than double for a product. For example we have bought a sandal soap in 1000 rs having their cost label which was hiding the actual MRP of the product and the actual price was 400rs only. Thy are doing this for each item . Please don't buy any item from this shop.

Surprisingly horrible experience with one of the salesman there: he would not let us to see what we wanted in piece. Kept following and insisting that we should buy sandal wood, though we were interested in some other craft. Even after asking him if it is ok to see what the shop has, it continued. Told us clearly higher prices. Though there were other salesmen in the shop, this guy jumped in and highjected the conversation while missing the first half and having no clue about what we were asking. All under pretext 'to show respect to the customer'. When we got tired of it and i was the one to refuse to buy the item, he called me a thief. Pure harassment and insult. Unless management is willing to look into the issue and remove the mad person from their salesmen team, i do not advise you to go there
