This Royal Mansion Banquet place is beautiful and good for considering a an arrangement choice for marriage or other ceremony. We have been there to attend a wedding ceremony. Its location is good . It has been opened 2 years ago.
Very bad service, hotel staff not gud very rude behave
Rooms are very big with balcony. It has all amenities like AC, wardrobe, mirrors with lights, TV, Bluetooth speaker's, geyser, shower with adjusting water temperature. Bed is king size with mattresses. Only improvement is water not adjusting properly in wash basin and shower. In-house restaurant serves good food. Staffs are polite.
The place as it's name suggests just like the mansion of royals. The place is really nice and has such a big banquet hall with strong air conditioning.
Really ROYAL Great place for any kind of arrangements where there is involvement of 500-700 persons. Enough space available. Parking space is also available. The whole area was very nice and tidy. The Food served was very good. The price is a little high but it worth all the amount. You will be happy going there.

A beautiful place at the heart of the city! Duly maintained and neat in operations. One might be surprised finding such a fabulous banquet within Muzaffarpur city. The service manager Mr. Sushant is very apt for the position that he is working on, as he has all the qualities of a great manager: soft spoken, diligent and tactful. I had a great experience of having a function organised there as the staff were very cordial and polite. Pros: Marvel of the hall, food is amazing, staff behaviour is A grade. Cons: At the end of the function the servers and guards hogged us for extra tips which was sort of a little turn down. But considering all the equations, this is a great place to go to!
