Went for a full body massage just now. Extremely poor service. AC was not cooling properly. No music in the room. Masseuse was not trained properly, was eating Gurkha and just kept on applying oil. Payment was also taken on personal Gpay account and not the companies account. Was additionally requesting for tips inspite of such poor massage service.
The receptionist was the masseuse...worst experience...he barely gave 50 mins massage and told 10 mins is shower when clearly massage is 1 hour. Very bad massage too....it felt like a normal applying cream over and over at one place with no technique. Very shade..
Please don't go by good reviews. I am sure that it's fake/fraud. The staff don't know the massage techniques. They didn't give me a proper head massage. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful and poor services. They didnt provide a 20% discount despite putting the offer online. After all this, they charged 8K for 2 people.
