Royal Lack City is one of the best projects , Beautiful architecture surrounding Greenery...
It's just not a good investment but being a part of Royal lake city is like leaving a real Royal life. God bless the entire Royal lake City developers who made us feel so special. It's the best location to stay I have ever seen. Beauty of the lake ,beach and blessings of akramaruti just makes me feel special.
Its ok ,Not that preferred in xase of facalities, as Water is not available 24hrs.Also Electricity power cut problem is happening more frequently where Lifts are available. Culture wise its good, All festivals were celebrated together, 24 Hr security gatekeepers,watchmen available.
It's in umbergaon, a big Residential complex with amazing amenities, it has a lake nearby with jogging track for morning and evening walks. The flats are well constructed and connectivity via road is also great
Bed room size is too small

This is the place to be! in Umbergaon, surrounding is very nice. Newer property and kept extremely Clean. Overall Excellent Society of this Class (Security+Maintenance)
