Bad service no ac .......and cut my money
staff are supportive they would help in check in just 10 mints runway from railway station it was budget hotel need to improve colour and interior room not in good conditions
hotel staff was kind and respectful... they are good in service ...budget hotel near from railway station..if you give them order for food they will give you so overall nice experience
it is good for reasonable price, located near Nallasopara. you can reach here from Nallasopara station East and distance is approximately 3 kilomitar. So not recommended who are coming from vasai or Vasai Phata as little long from there
This time experience was worst than ever. I checked in to the hotel. The person who accompanied me to the room asked for money stating room service. I said since i have paid the hotel amount in advance, why are you asking for extra money. He stood at the door and was not leaving the room and said i will have to give him money.
I said ok im leaving the hotel right now & i will call police first to the hotel. He then kept quiet and left the room. But this incident was running into my mind and i checked out within 2 hours. Cheap hotels have cheap staff. I will never visit this hotel again.
There were gisers are not working. TV is lamped for only as a show piece. Always they do not hv recharge in it. No extra bedsheets. There were much more time try to open door by someone.
Rooms are quite clean and location is little far from station, but can get auto from station. Sharing autos are also available. This hotel doesn't serve food, so either you manage to get it from outside or order from food apps. Also this hotel rooms are available at quite affordable prize
it was all ok as per the room Maintenance could be more better as the fans weren't working in the room the bed was dirty we needed to change to 3 to4 rooms in one night just because of the comfort
i will not say it was too good in the scale of 100 I would give 45 to royal inn they could work more on the Maintenance part
