Royal Inn Lodge - Lodge in Thirthahalli - Shivamogga, India

Very bad hotel. We stayed for 2 days recently as there were no other rooms available. Except for the fact that it is located in a convenient place, nothing else was good. Poorly maintained rooms, AC not working, door latches all broken, no hot water, and too many mosquitoes at night. Knowing this, they take full money in advance. Not worth at all.

the lodge is at the centre.. the room is Okie. but I feel they don't make the beds , it's got old bed spreads and no bed some kind of foam. we planned to stay only for the night , we were about the leave early next day. so it was kind of ok . the bathroom mats are in a bad shape there was dust near the windows grill and side . kind of ok.. if it's just for the night.

Washroom was very dirty. They didn't gave fresh bedsheets. And also full of mosquitoes. Very bad experience

Definitely not worth the money paid. In my experience I've seen many budget hotels at decent quality. But this is really bad. Hot water only for few mins in the morning. They ring the bell (yes, calling bell is working) for telling you that hot water is there and take it quickly! No shower. Steel bucket and mugs are available. Rooms were dirty. I don't think they wash the bedsheets. No amenities available. No bath towel or soap etc. No drinking water. No backup power. TV stand is there but not TV. Corridor is too small with dense smoke smell. Wouldn't recommend this. Not worth staying and not worth the money.

Basic place to freshen up or crash for an overnight stay. Clean rooms and washrooms. The hot water needs to taken from the heater bucket setup kept outside the room common for the entire floor. Nice and helpful staff. Walkable distance from the bus stand and conveniently located.

Worst don't think of staying here. Not worthy of 900Rs,rock bed & pillows 0 maintains wash room. Pls check good place to stay somewhere else.

Once we stayed in this lodging with my family. Our relative a local suggested this.Our experience is worst. In the beginning itself we enquired about bedsheets etc. They said all bedsheets were clean. But the bedsheets were stinking. A C was not working. Staff members were rowdy type. It is hell of an experience. Our relative who suggested this lodge may be having no knowledge about this lodge because they don't have a chance to stay in lodge at their own place.It is not having a restaurant of their own. In a nut shell never think of staying in such a worst lodge.

Budget friendly hotel, good for family stay, staff were friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable room.
