My stay was very comfortable. Rooms are extraordinary neat and cleaned and bedding also. Front office manager and room service guys are also very polite . Overall a marvelous stay . Ideal location. The staff at Royal Inn were extremely courteous, helpful and accommodating. So if you want some flexibility, this is definitely the place to stay. I was able to cancel one of my room bookings with almost no notice. They held luggage fir us when we made a side-trip to Agra. Staff also responded immediately when we needed help with the TV, etc. The location of this hotel is very close to the airport. The only issue is that this area is unpaved but that is not the fault of this hotel. In fact, there are several other hotels in this area that are in the same boat. Overall, I recommend this hotel fir the budget-conscious traveler who would still like all the usual amenities.

They are upgrade my room to superior, nice and large... the hotel is in an alley, but that is an advantage in itself, because it is not too noisy compared to those right on the side of the road... Although in alley, the can be passed by car and stops right in front of the hotel.. Price of room much cheaper than those on the side of the main road, but there is no difference in room size and facilities...It really saves your money which makes Delhi just a place for transit...

The Hospitality is great, reception is also very helpful and supportive. service is quick and staff is so respectfully and well mannered. They helped us to provide pick and drop on request too. And Food was so delicious and fresh... I just spend quality and peaceful time here, room they provided was so elegant and clean ... Thank you Royalinn...great experience
