From google chat option got the no. For booking the fraud man has taken half amount and was ready to do fraud by sending code and saying to pay again by telling that it will online give me code ur money will not be debited I asked him questions further but he kept the call and is not receiving kindly dont go here i can share the recording and also payment screenshot if u want ..............such liers and fraud
Good hotel with honest staff. I forgot my headphones in the hotel. The staff made sure to courier it to my place the very same day and received it the next day.

Rooms - Very good. But flushing system in toilet was defective. That's the basic service and for that we prefer private hotels rather than Dharmshala or guest house. So!Food Quality - Good. But restaurant staffs seems outnumbered. may be excess guests out of anticipation. But cleanliness should have been better in restaurant area.Strange thing- after breakfast when i was about to do payment, they asked me to do only in cash! When i asked that you have UPi/paytm there on desk already then why asking for cash, the morning person replyed that its there system that online payment/cards to be made available only for dinner/lunch , for breakfast we take ONLY cash !. when i asked him to meet their manager, the person finally agreed that you can do online payment. But unfortunately due to somehow unavailability of internet at that particular time i had to go for cash payment finally!!.Its strange. when some restaurant ask for only cash payment in 2023 !. Otherwise hotel is a good stay.. This part they need to improve.
Lovely ambience, highly professional services & humble staff. Their restaurant Hotel Zaykaa served very good food too. Highly recommended. Do visit once.
