Hotel has excellent rooms and good location. However, I must narrate the experience I had because of married couples rule. I had booked a room in advance through MMT and even called the management one day in advance to inform them of my arrival. My wife and I, we were just 2 of us. We had not changed the wife's name on Adhar card and hence, our surnames were not matching. The person at the desk was rude and insensitive to us because of this small issue. It was 11 PM in that new city. Someone who wants to do something illegal, will that person make online booking, will that person call one day in advance? But the person at the hotel will heat none of it. I admit that the police probably force hotel owners with such issues. But that ends up harassing the honest people. That is a case all over the country unfortunately. I think that is an issue with all hotels across the state of MP. Hotel owners should take up this issue with higher authorities. This is simply stupid.
The hotel staff and cleanliness was very very good , if you are planning a trip with family to Khandwa , this is the best place to be . The experience right from checkin to any requirements , foods etc was just amazing and best
Rooms very good service good too But my shower was not working properly Telephone broke down And chai omg its like gold expenses Although it was a god experience Food was ok ok Beds for like 2 or 3 people only
