I have heard so many times about this place and thus had high expectations. Ambiance : Ambiance is all in all good Service : It took the team 30-35 minutes to serve the food and if you miss ordering something and want to order later in between, beware that it might again be 10-15 minutes for the food to arrive. Food : Since I have experience of having food at some of the best places in Lucknow itself, I can say the food I got served here was not up to the taste I expected. I would like to point out that I ordered non-veg cuisine and the only item I liked was fish tikka. Location : Location wise it's a good place, close to the Hazratganj shopping area, falling in front of Shahara Mall.
I have given one star for the food only. The service here is pathetic the manager behaviour is on next level they often dis you if you try to ask something and complaint about anything. Staff is very poorly trained and slow. If you want a peaceful stay please avoid booking this and go for brands if the budget allows you. The food here in their restaurant is great and full of taste.
Our stay here was very nice and peaceful. Best accommodation nearby Hazratganj area and good connectivity to main road, shopping Mall and beautiful gardens. My kids liked it very much. Best choice for lodging and boarding for the people coming with family.

It's a very famous hotel in hazratganj, i went there for an event...the starters, main course and the dessert were amazing...the service of the waiters is very professional and good. The hotel is quite spacious for small parties and events. The location is also very easy to communicate.
